Piccadilly Squared Notebooks Coming in April

One of the frequent comments on Piccadilly’s Moleskine-like notebooks has been that people wish there was a version with graph/ squared paper. Well, wish no more! According to the Piccadilly website, they’ll have them in April! The question, though, is whether any retailers will have them. Black Cover’s review mentioned that a gridded version was available, but I’ve never heard of them being in stores. The Borders stores I’ve been to have only sold the lined and plain versions…

  1. None of the Borders around me seem to be carrying them anymore, or perhaps they’re all waiting for another shipment. I hope Piccadilly still has distribution with them.

  2. Yeah, I’ve noticed that too . . . Piccadilly notebooks are getting hard to find around northern VA. Borders doesn’t seem to have re-stocked them. Dang it, I like Piccadilly much better than the grossly overpriced Moleskine.

  3. The squared notebooks should be available in late April, at all Borders stores (in bargain section) and through our online store.

All of our notebooks are still carried by Borders and they are due to received another shipment (all sizes, flavors, lots of stock) very soon.

Thank you for all your kind comments, please feel free to contact me directly if you would like any updates, etc. It is our pleasure to provide a quality alternative! I will try my best answer emails personally, but you will definitely receive a response from someone.

  4. Great. I made a loop back in January one day and bought out every Piccadilly at Borders and even Walden Books in my area. Only found three of them in 4 stores.

  5. I just bought the Picadilly Large Notebook (plain) at Borders and upon opening it became aware of a turpentine like smell. Is this part of the product? Otherwise, it look to be a fine book for the price, although that elastic band looks like it will be losing elasticity soon.
