Those "Anything Books" were really popular. I guess they still make them, but the covers on the ones back then... I remember one that had the alphabet embossed on the cover, silver on dark blue, a lot of Celtic designs... sigh. Most of my friends used them for their Book of Shadows. I had about SIXTY of these things, and in an effort to downsize my blank book collection I gave most of them to a friend. I must have been insane. Those he didn't want went to Sally Ann's, where I devoutly hope they made some impoverished blank book addict very happy. However, I doubt the "hoard pile" will ever recur. For one thing, they only come in two colors! That pile was actually acquired over the course of two years, and only when I got ALL of my Moleskines together did I realize how many I actually had.
