Notebook Sighting: Bored To Death

I spotted this ad for the HBO show Bored To Death, which features a notebook, probably a Moleskine.

Has anyone seen the show? Does the notebook make frequent appearances?

    Check out “The Next Iron Chef” on the Food Network. Alton Brown always carries a black notebook. I’m not sure what it is, it doesn’t look like a Moleskine to me.

    Always on the look out, I’ve noticed Moleskines on a couple other shows lately: Ryan carries a medium one on the current season of “Paranormal State,” and I recently caught a new show called “Ghost Intervention” where one of the investigators uses a small one.
