Piccadilly notebooks are supposed to live in the bargain section at Borders, not in the stationery aisle-- I'm not sure why, but I think it's probably because they buy them in large batches at a high discount for a sort of in-and-out sale vs. stocking them as a regular full-price item like Moleskines. So they are always "on clearance" and maybe if they're down to their last few, they'd even mark them down from the normal low price. Barnes & Noble carries some of Piccadilly's products, but not the Moleskine-like notebooks, at least not yet. As for Piccadilly's website, it's currently active at http://piccadillyinc.com/ -- they seem to have redesigned it, and links to old pages within the site may no longer work.
