She used the way the markers bled through the page to provide two ways to use the same color base:
“Got lemons, make lemonade. Got marker bleed-thru? Make bleedthrumanade.”

Thank you for featuring my review and artwork. I like your definition of ‘using the same color base’. More concise than mine!
Those illustrations are gorgeous. I love the squared Moleskine notebooks and pretty much any notebook with a grid pattern. It’s a great platform to make custom layouts and such for different writing “projects” and etc.
