You’ve admitted your addiction and it’s out in the open….as far as recovery, thatvseems like a catch-22! Often, journaling is a big help to people in recovery, but what do people recovering from journaling addiction turn to?
I’m a journaling addict too, and I definitely do not want to recover. So I say congrats on being the addict of the week.
